If your order is not right for you, our US support team will make the return simple.

30-day return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for items in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Contact us first and we will confirm the return before you ship anything back.

Size and color exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or want a different colorway? Exchanges within the 30-day window on unused items are free — we send the replacement as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier.

How to start a return

• Email info@odyxy.com with your order number and the reason.
• We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within the United States is free and takes 3–5 business days. Return shipping is covered by us on approved returns. Express upgrades are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full — no return shipment required in most cases.
