By placing an order on this site you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you check out.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any state or local sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free and typically arrives in 3–5 business days; express arrives in 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and carrier delays are outside our control.

Product information

The Cooling Comforter is a household textile. Descriptions of cooling, breathability and moisture management describe how the materials behave; they are not medical claims and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Colors may vary slightly between screens and production runs.

Care

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Damage caused by bleach, dry cleaning, hot drying or commercial laundering is not covered.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
